Why 45 Surface Co.
The name comes from home.
In northwest Marathon County, the 45th parallel meets the 90th meridian. Our name is a simple reference to that place—and to the part of Wisconsin where we live, work and build.
Central Wisconsin is not a territory we moved into. It is home. We built 45 Surface Co. to give property owners a local option that combines experienced concrete crews with a straightforward, accountable customer experience.
From the first site conversation through final cleanup, the goal is simple: communicate clearly, prepare the site correctly and leave behind work we would be proud to have at our own homes.

We generally serve properties within about 60 miles of Wausau, including Weston, Schofield, Rothschild, Rib Mountain, Mosinee and surrounding Central Wisconsin communities.
